Hi all, I know this has been asked in the past but was wondering about treadmills. regarding cost I would rather get a second hand one but is that ok or do people recommend just buying new. I am afraid that if I purchase a second hand one and it ends up not working ..what do I do then ?? yes I know ..walk the road :)

I would recommend you do this first anyway for a month or so, to see if you will stick to an exercise regime.

most probably end up like this

Unless you are already sure you will stick to it. Or do other exercises at home with no equipment it heading out is a problem.

ha ha..it could be a bit of that with cartoon pic but I do exercise and would walk 40 mins a day, want to try jog/walk and live in the country so trying to take a bit of safety on board and also winter nights

If you find one second hand just go and check it out....give it a good check, make sure everything is working before you part with your cash. I got one from the buy and sell for €100 ...great buy imo.
