How can there be proof both for and against anything? In this case there's barely even anything which could be interpreted as evidence...

My mistake using the word proof, "theories" would have been more appropriate as it stands because there can be "theories" and/or "proof" for either side i.e global warming, vaccines, dairy products , presidents, holistic treatments, UFO's, Religion .

I was using my phone at the time and just wanted to make the point that something is going on but like everything you can find arguments for or against almost anything .

Chemtrails are back. Dublin was sprayed last Tuesday 28 August from 5 pm in the evening onwards. Those funny darkened clouds appeared about an hour afterwards. Today Friday 31 August we were sprayed again from sunrise. The trails had changed the sky by 8 am, again into those misty darkened clouds. Out by the Airport the shadows of the dropping particulates were visible funneling down against the backdrop of a rising sun. Are we to look forward to another bout of respiratory problems and mysterious dry coughs in the coming weeks?

I'd imagine so, but *RATIONALITY ALERT* maybe that could have something to do with a change in the weather, combined with every kid in the country aged 4-18 going back to school, where they will spend up to 8 hours a day cooped up in small and often air- conditioned rooms, sharing every little bug they have between them. To say nothing of the sardine tins the dart, luas and buses will become either side of the school day. And they bring those bugs on home at the end of the day.

This is not a conspiracy. It's just modern life.

Also you may have seen the plane spotters on the old airport road, they would have reported something-There are also the various groups who watch for rendition aircraft ( such as the ploughshares group who actually have evidence of CIA planes). I think they may just have noticed something. So this CT holds no water

Yeah I can see on some threads there is a bit of overkill in as far as taken facts at face value and not challenging them. But it seem to me that no matter what anybody posts in this Forum people instantly try to dismiss it.

I mean I would not got to a christian Forum and start dismissing stuff left right and center because there Forum is a place where people of that ilk can get together and discuss there views.

The Christian forum is actually quite receptive, in the main, to open discussion/questioning, even banter. For the most part.

CT had become a club. A particularly cliquey one unfortunately. It's an open forum. Once the party line is toed. Unfortunately.

One must belong to a particular breed of 'sheeple' to be allowed participate. Which leads to the question I suppose: is CT for the discussion of theories, or is it a club for those who are so sure of their delusion that every challenge is interpreted as a personal attack? I'll discuss where people are open to it. If they get arsey.... well sometimes I can't help meself. They do make it easy.

So how do you know the ones that show these things are chemtrails?
How do you know that contrails cannot also have these features, depending on different conditions?

If this is the case then -

1. What are they spraying exactly? which chemicals?

2. How long have they been spraying for?

3. How many governments are complicit in this? I have been in many countries and seen lingering contrails, especially on clear sunny days.

4. If you can name the chemicals, how are these chemicals specifically affecting the population?

5. Do these chemicals affect everyone? or are some people, who just happen to be conspiracy theorists, immune to the effect?

sorry last question is a bit tongue in cheek, but would like to know the above.

Nor does it answer any of the previous questions we've asked.

You see this bit is just total nonsense but is repeatedly trotted out as "proof" that chemtrails exist.

First things first, ChemContrails from aircraft are made up of chemicals alright...chemicals called H2O or more commonly known as water, in this case water vapour and CO2 or Carbon dioxide. What we see as contrails is water vapour. You see burning fossil fuels produces huge amounts of water as a by-product. Just like clouds in the sky these contrails are made up of tiny frozen crystals of water. Now tell me have you ever seen clouds that just magically disappear in 20-minutes? Of course not.

Some contrails do indeed dissipate quickly because of humidity (or lack thereof) amongst other things, but other ones just stay and persist just like natural clouds. It really isn't a mystery but ignorance and the need to believe that "dem planes are spraying us with nasty stuff" within the CT community allows this kind of nonsense to persist.

There was evidence for both gravity an relativity. They both had to wait for maths an physics to reach a certain level of sophistication before they could be described though.

Immolation for claiming a round earth and a heliocentric solar system had a lot more to do with an adherence to blind dogma on the part of a superstitious church that feared losing power in society and authority over populations. The evidence was there. It just wasn't considered.

The consensus around the Kennedy assassination is arguably the official story. The vast majority of people see no need to question it.

Darwin himself never proved evolution.
He was able to support his theories with some evidence and good reasonable explanations at the time but the proof did not come until much later.

Chemtrails on the other had have no evidence supporting them whatsoever.
Not only is there no reason to believe they exist but there is rational or plausible reasoning behind why they might exist.

Yet despite this some people have no problem making all manner of claims about chemtrails based entirely on their own imagination.

Even if people are spraying chemicals on us from up high (which is preposterous in the first place) do the proponents of this theory not think of the inefficiency of this supposed method of dispersal? If you spray chemicals at thousands of feet in the air (the height at which contrails form) you have zero control over the massively wide area where they would land.

Surely if they wanted to drug people then they would pump chemcals into the water supply?

Yep. Watched as much as I could manage with a straight face. Got to nearly 30 minutes before I had the realization that I'd never get that 30 minutes back. Life is too short to spend watching that tripe.
