which fitness course cork

    hey guys

    i know this has been posted a few times but just wondering your opinions on which gym instructor/personal trainer course i should do, even though i work full time im big into health and fitness with a few years and would love to be able to teach fitness classes by night..what are your recommendations on courses in cork, im swaying towards the ntc health, exercise and personal training one starting next saturday so i need to make a decision by tomorrow the other options are itec course in bishopstown or the ncef..would love someone to give me there views on any of the above.

    I am not with these guys, I was due to do a course with them but had to cancel due to lack of funds but look this organisation up:

    Thanks colibri..I had seen them aswell but the course in the mardyke seems to get the best reviews from what Iv read..will ring them in morning & book in..the courses are quiet expensive alright am just hoping il get it back in the long run..

    Whatever course you decide to do, think of it only as a foot in the door. The best trainers are the ones who are always reading, digesting and applying.

    That's true...I just had a look at the link you sent me but seems to b based in Dublin it's a different one I was thinking of profi fitness or something like that...so I think it's off to the mardyke I go...

    They have a course in Silversprings too. I think it could be full up this semester, but they do courses in Spring and Autumn AFAIK. Check out their facebook page and ask them a few questions. Genuinely lovely people behind the organisation with a lot of credentials to back them up :)

    Oh great thanks il have a look at that hadn't realised they did courses either & silver springs is on my side of the city would be really easy to get to :)

    Cheers for that checked up source but didn't see anything about the course il read up the imageft site
