    A brioche and coffee - I don't think the citrulline, creatine, taurine, B3, B6, B12, K3, D3, aspirin, tryptophan and metformin count.

One of these I made yesterday:

Surprisingly so. Didn't think the breakfast sausage would be as nice as the Tesco version but I actually think it's niver as it's not as strongly flavoured with (I think) rosemary. Definitely a keeper for the freezer and as their muffins have realtively long shelf life it's a good option to have for weekends etc.

    I have to try them!

Some what off topic, but why is it that I absolutely love blue cheese, but the sight of any bit of mould on bread and it makes me feel a bit sick, and the bread has to be thrown out.

Edit: I also found the tesco sausage patties too strongly tasting of some unidentified herb.

Have a go at this recipe. Use sausage meat instead of ground pork and skip the turkey.

2 fried eggs on toasted whole grain bread with butter.

Side note: Pat the Baker Wholegrain bread seems to last for ever!

    Sintra, Portugal.
Queijadas de Sintra (round lads, cottage cheese etc) and Travesseiro, filled with “eggy almond cream” again, local to Sintra.

Yes…..I had 416 Pastel de Nata and Belem 😀😀😀, these were a temporary diversion. When in Rome….
