I'm so lazy and need to lose weight

    hey guys, so im so lazy, i want to get fit and lose the fat ive got, though im not exactly overweight for my frame. i want to build upper body strength and leg muscles.

    the only trouble is i hate gyms. i hate the idea of people watching me working out and hate doing weights around a group of men.

    i get easily bored also. i work four days a week so it needs to be something that can be done after 9pm 2 times a week, and after 6pm 2 times a week, im then generally free 3 times a week.

    any suggestions would be really helpful

    Don't be one of them "I'll start Monday" people. When you get up tomorrow just MAKE yourself do a few push ups whether its perfect form or on your knees or whatever way you have to do them, just DO them. It will only take a few seconds to do a few reps and after you will feel that burst of adreleline and maybe want to do more. There is your starting point! Organise yourself from there..don't wait till Monday.
