How to mix it up?

My plan is to go 6 weeks on then one week off then start another 6 weeks with a new programme. I want to keep my muscles guessing and avoid plateau.

Would integrating a 'negative rep' week a 'low rep' week and a 'high rep' week be a good idea? the rest of the weeks I plan to fail between 8-10 for 3 sets.

I believe the best option would be 5 weeks 8-10 reps and 1 'negative rep' week because the other low and high rep weeks are not where my goals lie.

    Opinions?

The best method is to progressively overload your muscles with more weight. They're not intelligent and don't require an elaborate program with weekly chanes to confuse them. It's probably going to hold you back if anything.
