Diet club for the Non-overweight?

    Hi anyone know any diet clubs etc that will take someone that is not actually overweight?? i want to lose a stone and would think it would motivate me to lose it, but im not overweight and cant find any diet club that would take on anyone in my situation?

    Would something along the lines of a "tone up" class not suit you better?

    go to weight watchers.

    Its all just points based, so once you get the booklet youre sorted!

    My mam is doing slimming world and she had less then stone to lose. She's enjoying all the food u can eat. I'm struggling a little but that's cause I like junk food and you not allowed much on it

    im not fat enough to be in weight watchers haha ill check out slimming world and see what ya have to weigh to get in :)

    I no my mam only allowed get to 8 stone and I'm allowed get to 9. Then I think depending on height it's classed underweight so not allowed as far as I no. 2 stone away from 9 so be awhile before that happens for me lol

    Weightwatchers doesn't require that you're overweight, just that you can afford to lose weight.

    They go on the BMI scale, so providing you're not at or close to a BMI of 20, you can go to WW.

    If you're "not fat enough" to go to WW and you want to lose a stone, I would question the wisdom of losing that much weight.
