    Hello folks, I've been working and and keeping fit quite regularly now for a couple of years. I run, swim, and do weights, but I feel I am not really challenging myself anymore and would also like to see more definition and tone. So I am considering trying the Insanity Work Out Programme and was wondering if anyone here has got the set. If so I would be interested in buying it. PM me please if you have it and it's sitting gathering dust and your willing to part with it for a decent price:).

    Check adverts.ie - should be a few there. I'm starting it mid Sept. Beat of luck ( think we'll need it!).

    Thanks for your input folks. I tracked down a box set from a genuine seller on adverts.ie in mint condition.

    I will start my programme this weekend.
