New slow cooker user

    I bought a slow cooker and have cooked two dinners so far. Although they were both tasty enough I felt that the meat in both was quite dry - one was pork and the other beef. Does anyone know why this might be........I followed the instructions on timing etc.

    Not really sure what the problem could be there. But fyi here's a big thread with lots of slow cooker recipes.
