Trying to find 90s dance tune

    I heard a tune on the radio the other day of a dance track I hadn't heard in ages. But the MC never announced the name! So could ye help me track it?

    It's a tricky one to explain but its from the 90s as far as I remember and is a drum beat dance track, that has an old guy singing lyrics in a foreign language :)

    Its the only way I can describe it...
