This is one and only thread on this series I am doing, so here we go.

The guest are as follows for the last programme in the series.

Colin Farrell and Kate Beckinsale - They will be talking the remake of Total Recall.

Darren Kennedy - The Stylist and TV Presenter talks about his quest to become a Gay Daddy.

Family of Nicola Furlong - They will talk about the aftermath of Nicola being murdered in Toyko.

Mischa Barton & Anne Charlestonwill - Talk about their latest production called Steel Magnolias in the Gaiety.

And Kayleigh Cullinane - She speaks to Miriam about her time of being bullied and attacked. Her dream of singing with Tommy Fleming will come true on the night, when they sing the duet Both Sides Now.

Colin will discuss his love of kebabs and junk food. Kate will tell us how great a kisser Colin is and how they did all their own stunts. They will both try to sell us a weedy remake of a crap movie.
Apart from crime of the week (my genuine sympathies to the Furlongs) I've never heard of the rest of them.
Now we've all seen the show.

I like how Miriam introduced Anne Charleston as 'Madge from Neighbours' before she said her real name. (on the trailer before the news)

Quite right too, She will always be Madge from Neighbours!

He should just buy a dog or a fancy manbag, a child isn't some fashion accessory.

My haircut was like that recently when I cut my own hair for the first time! Last time I take advice from Paul Galvin!

Why does he want specific's for his child by talking to someone in a clinic?

    Darren Kennedy.

Where did that tumbleweed come from?

I felt that was a very short interview.

If 36'' means skinny, then so be it! :D

This is going to be emotional, don't know how they manage to cope with such a loss.

Jonny Ross has a decent lineup on ITV1. Worth taping.

I can never get used to the idea of such tragic stories being thrown in among the usual fluff on these shows.

I find this very difficult to listen to. It was only May when this young girl died tragically.

It's very soon for an interview like this, I think.

Agreed. What happened was tragic, and I have sympathy for her family and friends of course, but it's Saturday night, dammit! Save this stuff for other programmes.

The dad had done a noble thing to drive the hearse to her final resting place.

It was a noble thing to do in difficult circumstances.

I don't think RTE should brink this show back next Summer.

They don't have enough decent guests to make it worthwhile.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 420 ✭✭CommanderC

God they seem like such good people- thanking everyone and thinking of others when they are going through so much themselves :(

Looks like Colin F might be scarce, these 2 guests were not originally on the bill.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 74,322 ✭✭✭✭Welsh Megaman

I actually met Anne Charleston Madge from 'Neighbours' when I worked as a lowly extra on 'Emmerdale' - she was really nice, let us have the nice sandwiches which were meant for the cast! :D

No pics sorry, Skid! When you're on a tv set, if you try to take a pic security swoop down on you as if you're working for Al-Qaeda! When I worked on Corrie, I tried to take a pic of the front of the Rovers Return and was nearly escorted off the set!!

That was the most awkward interview. Where you born? What's in your shops? Boring!
