Ok so ive been researching for a while now i need some advice on the workout im using. Im a student, so i cant really afford the gym so i have a bench and weights at home.

Im doing a full body workout mondays, wednesdays and fridays. And im doing the same routine on every workout day.

    My routine:

    Bench Press (Upper Body Pushing)
Bent Over Rows (Upper body Pulling)
    Deadlifts (Lower body)
    Lateral Raises (Shoulders)
Air Bike & Alternate Heel Touchers (Abs)
    Hammer Curls (Biceps)
    Tricep Dumbell Kickbacks (Triceps)

Is this workout ok? And can i just continue doing this everyday, increasing weight every so often, to maintain my size?

My goal is to get a little bigger not huge and to be able to just maintain that size.

My diet is protein rich food. Chicken, Eggs, Meat with veg, lots of fruit & water and whey protein as a supplement.

    Thanks.

Instead of doing just one exercise per area, would you not do 2 or 3? eg, for biceps do 3 x 8 of hammer curls, 3 x 8 of seated bicep curls, 3 x 8 of concentration curls?? Or for shoulders do 3 sets of military presses, 3 sets of lateral raises, 3 sets of flys... and so on, so on. Just as an example like...

Also, what are you doing for your legs? Would you not throw in some squats there?
