I train there at 6:30am. The pool is fairly quietl( no more than 5). Not many proper swimmers so you could have your own lane if you went at 7. It does get busier about 8/8:30 mostly older folk. I'll be there on Friday at 6:30am so I'll keep my eye on the pool from 7 - 8 and let you know exactly what it's like.

Checked the pool today. It has 3 swimming lanes and the other half of pool is for free swimming but people still use that for lengths. This morning the max number of people was 8. From 6:30 to 7 there was only 2 people. From 7-7:30 was when there was 8 people. 3 people used the swim lanes but they were doing fairly slow lengths. Ya know yourself if your a quickish swimmer the slower people usually move out of the lane. I left the gym at 8:10 and there was only 5 people left and it was a bunch of women chatting in the corner of the pool.
