    Yeah, maybe a feature length finale made to air on BBC 3, or even just a slightly extended finale, but a full length film released into the cinema seems a bit much.

    The final few scenes of the last episode were just fantastic.. funny but actually very sad - with Jack Whitehall
    breaking down in tears
    .

    Since the series ended with
    them all going to new schools / moving on
    , I'm gonna assume this is going to be some sort of "
    remember that school trip when..
    ".

    They should have left it tbh!

    It returns for a Christmas special in December 2022 on BBC Three and iPlayer. That will be followed in 2023 by Season 4.
