Building a Home Gym

    I wish to put a home gym out the back of the house and was wondering has anyone on here done this recently.I am considering a log cabin type of set up but the floors would need to be fairly sturdy as I would intend to put a power cage and a heavy olympic set up inside.Any advice from people who have any experiences in this topic would be great thanks!

    Talk to these guys maybe, have heard some good stories http://www.shanettesheds.ie/

    The key thing is going to be putting a good floor in.
