    hey lads/ladettes

was playing a gaa match last weekend and as a shot went by me wide ....but as i was turning ..it felt like someone had stabbed me in the side .......and i immeadiatly went down in agony ....
now three days on im still in serious pain on the lower left side of my back (just above mY backside) and i can feel pain in my left leg now aswell....and obviously im having trouble walking and sleeping..

ive just completed and earned an honors degree but for now im unemployed so the money really isnt there to go to physio and doctors ....so i was wondering is anyone out there fitness savvy and let me know whats up.....

I'd say its your sciatic nerve. Once that goes it'll always come back. Happened me a few months ago and just random occasions has come back. Not a physio so can't help anymore!

Its most likely a sciatic nerve problem my advice is to see a doctor asap, as if your disc is out and pressing on the nerve there is a chance it could permanently effect your ability to walk.

I am not a trained doctor but I have had a serious back injury so it's better safe than sorry

You'll need to see a Dr. for this one :)
