    1. There was another thread started about investments by a different poster on AH and nothing was done. AH discusses almost anything and everything.
    2. If the mod was right to close the thread, why did they not close the similar thread?

    I think the original ban was a bit OTT considering other threads, and the extension is an overreaction.

    I will not start threads about BMWs or investments in After Hours again.

    Ban stays as it was. You've been quite lucky so far not to have a ban longer than one week. AH mods normally hand out bans of increasing length, up to and including permban.

    Decision is final. Please don't start another thread about this subject.
