    1 l-lysine tablet

How long is a piece of string :). Depends on are you deficient in any of these in the first place, what are the quantities in each etc. plenty of studies on the potential of the aminos taken on their own pre and post training, If your training hard enough the creatine will benifit the rest I would guess are a waste if you have a good balanced diet and are not deficient in an of the already

I agree. If you have a good balanced diet, these supplements would just be waste. Also, you should consult a professional regarding this matter because we never know how our body will react to these supplements. Ergo, everything should be taken in moderation.

Whatever about the other supplements, personally I wouldn't supplement iodine unless I was diagnosed hypothyroid. You're playing with fire there. Do you think hyperthyroid is good for you ? (I guess that's why you're supplementing iodine?)

Even then I wouldn't supplement, iodine can make hashimoto's worse.

Eat some seaweed (Japanese restaurants have very tasty seaweed soups) or swim in the sea to get your iodine!

    To answer your question:

1 selenium tablet - How much selenium? - 200 is the usual dose, but stick to 100 or eat 2 brazil nuts a day.
2 600mg tablets oof calcium - This is a lot of CA to be supplementing. You're better off eating ground up eggshells dissolved in lemon juice. EileenG had a great recipe if you do a search.
1 magnesium - I'm presuming this is 400mg, check what type it is, you want it to be chelated, so sulphate/glycinate/anything ending in 'ate', magnesium oxide isn't very useful.
1 l-lysine tablet - just an amino acid (protein molecule) presumably for muscle building?
    1 l-arginine - ditto
    1 l-glutamine - ditto
2 kelp/iodine tablets - is it just kelp? in which case that's fine, keep taking it.
1 chromium - keep dose 200mg or lower.
3 creatanine - don't know much about this but considering it's so widely used in body building, I'd presume it's quite safe.
