NETFLIX problem

For some reason when I choose a film on Netflix and it opens I can't see the bottom section of the screen, the stop, play and pause buttons are hidden below sight. There's also a big advert at top of screen which I don't remember being there during play before and it seems to be shoving the screen down causing this problem.
I'm using Firefox but can't find a solution and it happens on Explorer too.
    Anyone else having this problem?

Fixed it meself....uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it and alls well.
