    Hey all,

    I'll be staying in Clontarf for a two weeks, soon is there a pay as you go gym nearby? or classes that i can can do?

    you could approach the Irish Wheelchair Association about use of their gym, 01-8186400.
    There were pilates classes in the old church on the seafront around the St.Lawrence's Road junction.
    The best resource in that neighbourhood is the stretch of grass along the seafront and St.Anne's Park nearby:)
