Gonig to the Gym Twice a Day?

    Anybody on this forum with a lot of experience under their belt tried this before? Did you work the same muscle groups or different ones in your second session?

    I've been lifting for about 3 years and am looking to up my gain rates (especially considering the 9 kilos of lean weight I lost this summer while abroad :( ) I ask this based on interviews I've seen with bodybuilders, actors and the likes who say they typically were in the gym twice a day...
