Did you join a group or online?

The best option in an Italian is a tomato based pasta choice. Anything with cream, sauce or cheese is obviously not the best option. If you look at the ingredients try to choose something with a lot of free/superfree foods and then use your syns for everything else....

Have a nice piece of meat and some veg. When veg arrives leave the spuds and nom the rest. And stop saying confused.com please. :D

As for slimming world, i don't know much about it but I would imagine the "rules" will be explained to you when you get there.

Is this a liberal interpretation of the rules? Surely ad lib pasta will fatten you up...

I'm no expert, but you can't have as much of anything and not expect to put on weight!

Potatoes, Fruit, Pasta etc........ all of these things contain calories right? You can't expect to eat loads and loads of spuds and pasta etc and expect to lose a load of weight! It has to be controlled. You have to "burn" more calories than you consume.

You are suppose to have 1/3 of your plate with certain fruit n veg. The rest can be lean meat and then carbs potatoe, pasta etc but no bread. Then u get choice of healthy extra a being milk/ cheese certain amounts and b certain things that are high in fibre weetabix, bran flakes, whole meal bread also weighed.

You can eat as much as you want but you are suppose to watch out for the signs of when you are full. I typed everything I ate into fitness pal yest as was only 1100 calories which really surprised me. As I was stuffed n didn't feel need to snack or eat bad
