I actually doubt Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is a diesel, but you never know :D

I wish I could attend, but Phoenix park is nearly 300km from my place, so I won't be able to make it after work.

    Sure you don't mind?
I imagine Tallaght would be a bit of a detour?

Alternatively, I could meet you at the Heuston luas stop to make it a bit easier? :)

Well the Tallaght exit is before the one I have to take I think so tbh, would be handy to have someone who nows where he's going with me! Just looked up popes Cross on Google maps and it looks intimidating to get to for a boy from the country!

@Cian I could always give you a lift if needed, let me know :)

EDIT- Just realised I'm the only one in diesel so far amidst a vast range of petrol gas guzzlers... :D

I'll level with ya, I wouldn't be the best with directions! :p
It's not to hard to get to though, the best way from around here is to get on the Naas road, that'll leave us to town and then it's just a matter of getting into the park.

This would be the simplest way, to me anyway.
Google maps gives a different way, through the suburbs but you'd be mad to try that if not from Dublin. Haha

Ya might be an idea! I'll more than likely be going via Tallaght to collect cian though, although if we were going to do this, 166man said he'd also collect cian so maybe we could do that either?

Ha ha ah im sure you could keep up, no weight in your car!

ah i'l head over that way with you if your picking him up, really dont mind detouring if needs be. may go into work tomorrow begging for the night off at short notice now :)

ah i'm a fairly rigid with the speed limits, dont need points at my age, so be prepared for pensioner driving.

Sound so, ill pick him up then cause I said I would :)

Ya man so am I don't worry, I already have 2 points for speeding, and I got them when my mam asked me to bring her a spin in the audi the first day I got it! Was funny in a way, but also very crap!

Here lads, I'm just talking to Midnight_EG (Nick) and he's asking if anyone would mind him coming?
Said he'd be well into turning up.

It'd also make it simpler for me to get there, he doesn't live far and knows where I live. :p

When I'm down that way, I come up through Carlow and the M9. Much better road, and nowhere near as bad a traffic as the N11

Cheers man but that would take me double the time unfortunately...
Leaving gorey, i would be at the start of the m50 in 40 mins on the n11 :)

Suppose, I just hate the N11, try to avoid it at all costs :p

Just head the whole way up the M50 and turn for Palmerstown so you avoid the toll, then down the hill into Chapolizard and the Park is right there
