42g of Protein for Breakfast?

    Hi,

I have recently tried weening myself away from white carbohydrates and to a more protein/veg/legumes eating plan. So far, it has worked great and lunch and dinner have been a breeze to plan/cook.

My only issue was Breakfast as eating eggs in the morning each morning was just too heavy for me. So, I have recently tried having 42g of Sunwarrior vegan protein mixed with water for Breakfast as a shake.

So far it has been fine and no hunger pangs - my questions is though is this fine to keep indefinitely or would I be losing out on other nutrition sources by avoiding whole foods?

    Any tips/advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
