    Hi,

    Trying to lose body fat recently enough. Cut out all bad food and bad carbs and eat mostly veg and lots and lots of proteins. Do a session a day in the gym, 4 to 5 times a week. Been advised to take low carb whey protein after each session. Anyone know about it and how much I should take?
