Someone to do an engineers report for house purchase

    Hey guys and girls, im in the process of trying to buy a house and want to get it checked out first , can anyone recommend someone good in the Clare area to do an engineers report / snag list etc ?
    Want someone good heard too many stories of people that just come out and tick off the boxes , so any recommendations would be great , thanks :-)

    Make sure you get them to check out everything ,both inside and outside, such as retaining walls.

    It is important that they check waste water treatment system. This should have been certified by the engineer who designed system. But certification could be checked against current reality on site.
