SuperAntiSpyware with MSE

At the moment, I use MSE as my real time protection and have also got the free version of Malwarebytes. Run quick scans with both everyday, one after the other and full scans on both now and again. Neither has found anything.

I was looking about downloading SuperAntiSpyware (the free version) as an on demand, manual scanner, like Malwarebytes, but I've heard that there is problems and conflicts between MSE and SuperAntiSpyware.

Could anyone clear this up for me? Would MSE work along well together with the free version of SuperAntiSpyware like it does with Malwarebytes?

My OS is Vista if that helps answer my question

Unsure dude, but I'm sure that SuperAntiSpyware forums would have an answer.

However, that said, if you have MSE and a good AV program installed (like Avast Free) then it's probably overkill.

Unless you're not practising safe surf you should be grand.
