    The Cromer crab in England is famous.. u get a lot of crab meat from the shell itself.... i cant understand why big crabs here produce such little meat - apart from the legs and claws??? any ideas?? the crab looks the same???

    Perhaps im not cooking it enough or its a diff type of crab - looks the exact same though! any thoughts would be appreciated>.. boil 20 mins big one and 10 mins med sized.

    In Crookhaven the pub does a superb crab sandwich - perhaps u just need loads of them?? seems like the only things thats popular here are the claws...
