Vegetarian wants to lose 1 stone

    Hey.
    I'm a vegetarian ( no meat, no fish, no dairy also - I do eat eggs)
    I know I need to start doing MORE at the gym, push myself even harder but I seem to have reached a plateau at the moment with weight loss.
    Things I eat are oat bran with honey for breakfast, probably too much honey so gotta watch that.
    Ryvita x 2 and Meridan peanut butter for lunch.
    2 x eggs around 4pm.
    dinner after the gym - varies but usually good maybe too big a portion so will cut down on that too. (usually a lot of veg- green veg)
    Every now and again I will buy avocado and eat one of those.
    Anyone else suggest more foods that i could eat the would be good.
    I will try to watch portions and make that extra effort at the gym.
