Online Gym Coach - Effective?

    Hi Guys,

I have trained in the gym last 2 years on average of 4 times per week. My first year was with a PT in town - gave me a good knowledge considering I was a complete novice however the cost of the sessions €50/hr and what I got didn't seem worth it.

This time last year started in one of Ben Dunnes and made more progress and got my weight up to a leanish 79kg - I would have started at 72kg 2 years ago. Last two months motivation has gone to zero and struggling to get going again.

That being said I need some accountability I believe for a few months to get the drive back. I don't want to get another PT but was thinking of getting an online program. Two I've come across is Nick Mitchell at Ultimate Performance in London or Ian Graham at 'Abs Coach'. Nick Mitchell in particular isn't cheap but looks the business.

Would love an Ireland based trainer but can't find any that really seem to match my goals. My overall aim is 80kg single digit body fat by the end of 2012. I'm now78.5kg 14% BF.

Really interested to hear what people think here as there's plenty of guys here that know they're stuff - maybe even recommend someone I haven't thought of?

    Thanks All!
