Game Center & the hosts file

    Does anyone have a solution for this problem:

    I have >ahem< 'changed' my hosts file to make certain programs work on my mac. I have just realised through endless trial & error that this is the reason why my game center on my mac tells me that 'game center could not connect to the server'.

    Is there a way of keeping the modifications to my hosts file and using game center??
