just wondering how ye nutritionistas would rate this meal

4slices lidl blacky ham (26 cals each) dry fried
    Mushrooms (half a small punnet)
    35g butter
    3 eggs
    30g cheddar
    3 tbsps creme fraiche

I basically make a crepe omelette wrap (if using big eggs only use 2)
dry fry the ham, cook mushrooms in butter, crumble ham into mushrooms and stir thru creme fraiche.

Then i put this on one side of omelette wrap and sprinkle the cheddar over and fold.... I guess its like a breakfast calzone?

anyway- is it really bad as a meal or ok for a brunch style treat?

Looks fine but depends what the rest of your diet looks like tbh.

just looking for input on the meal itself not my diet- it looks like high protein with the eggs and cheese, meat and creme fraiche, little carbs in the shrooms and fats in the butter...

All the ingredients look decent if that's what you are asking? Comes in at about 900 calories, high protein/high fat.

it sounds delicious but I'd suggest cut down on butter a little bit. I love butter but 35g is loads of calories, don't know about you but a meal of 900kcal would leave me feeling physically sick. Start frying those mushrooms in say 10-15g of butter and later add splash of boiling water and put the lid over. They come out cooked anyway but you save on calories.
