Went out for a walk today with my 2 springers just to work a few ditchs and got a nice clip of my older springer trailing pheasant and flushing, start recording cause I knew when she is on a bird, other springer is all about fun and that's the way i'm going to let it for another while no rush.

Abbeys second trip to the pond and as you can see she is splashing a bit but its to be expected as its only second time in deep water. Started her on small splashes where she could touch the ground while retrieving and now she is mad for it thank god.

Went for a walk with my English Setter after work yesterday for a couple of snipe, but said I would upload this quick video of the end of a long trail Bailey had followed down to the ditch in video, about 200yards before we got to the ditch it was lovely to watch! But what you don't see in the video as I turned it off after the young cock pheasant flushes is she was up and down from the corner and set another young hen and I had the video turned off........ sickner.

This is my Springer, Harvey. he's about 6 months in the video, About a Year old now.

Vid was taken around April/ May, just introducing him to some light cover. I had walked through the area about a half hour before hand and dragged a scented dummy about and then tossed it.

Sorry about me horrible accent haha
