    Looked up Waza Kai Ju Jitsu on boards and found that the details are very outdated.

    We have moved to 2 St Gerard's street.
    It's across the way from Bobby Byrne's pub. Big black doors, can't miss it if you're looking for it.

    Our main focus is practical street defence. We also do grappling both stand up and ground, pad work, throws and knife defence.

    Bit o' baton defense too :)

    Hopefully I can get back training when I'm finished working. Need to (re) kick start my MMA with CSC.
