Knee Accident

    Hi,
    I hit my knee on the corner of my bed a couple of days ago and ever since, my knee hurts really bad whenever I run or put any heavy pressure on it...
    Just wondering, what can I do to get relief from the pain..

    Any replies will be appreciated,
