i started serious in my training in february 2010, starting off i was 12 stone. i go 5 days a week and do two muscle groups a day ( eg monday i'll do 4 chest, 2 biceps, then on thursday i'll do 4 bicep , 2 chest, so that way im hitting the same area twice in one week, more or less
weighed myself today and am now just over the 15 stone mark, i have a high protein diet, take a scoop of creatine monohydrate in my post workout shake but sometimes i catch a glimpse of myself in a mirror and i look totally different to what im used to . i can shoulder press 40kgs, bench 120, squat 160, deadlift 160, not mega impressive but i think im addicted but i also fear getting too big

    any advice

    OP,

Stop training for hypertrophy and focus more on strength building, however you'll still put on size but it will be a fair bit slower also throw in some conditioning work and reduce kcals slightly, you'll stop growing then.. I assure you.

The shoulder press seems low @ 40kg compared with the rest of what you're lifting.

Bench 120kg not very much.. Really since one has gone up 5 Stone since Training..

You should be Really hitting Well Over the 140 Kg mark, I come in at 91Kg Hitting 100Kg but that is my Limit

In fact i am after Cutting that down to Higher Reps on 60Kg, I will be Cutting 60Kg down to around 45 Kg for even Higher Reps,

Too late. At that strength level your body is under going a transmorphological transitory phase. Approx. 2 weeke for supercompensation to occur and new muscle growth to be realised as a result.

    I understand.

Have you considered heroin? I've never seen any meat head junkies I reckon they might be on to something.

Try your best not to accidentally start injecting growth hormones and eating 6000kcals a day.

Whats you body fat percentage? Thats what matters, if your lean an 15 stone then great, if you fat then not so good. Do more cardio if you want to be smaller and diet.

OP I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you haven't been around the forum much.

Your lifts do not suggest you are getting too big, neither does your weight.

I'm just going to close this off now before I have to start trawling for appropriate meme pictures when someone invariably goes too far with the troll callouts.
