Lactose & Fructose intolerance (FructMAL)

    Hi there,

    Just wondering if anyone else has both of these together?

    I am both lactose and fructose intolerant. I was diagnosed 20+ years ago (biopsies) and only recently discovered that wheat comes under fructose.

    I generally react to corn and corn products so I have a great problem finding foods that are suitable.

    I bought a bread maker, but finding suitable recipes for breads is proving difficult.

    Can anyone share any ideas? Or tips?
