Cutting Program

This is simply a 3 day split body builders routine, consisting of mostly isolation exercises. It is a very busy routine if all you want to do is drop a few pounds. There is no mention at all of "Doug's" food intake.

Cutting, shedding fat, getting "Ripped" will all come down to training and DIET.

So unless you have a good amount of muscle to begin with and get your diet dialled in, don't expect that simply blindly following this routine will have you looking like a Mens Health fitness model.

Just my 2 cents for what it is worth.

That routine looks like a full time job!

As Tommy said, cutting and getting ripped will mainly come down to diet.

I presumed this would be a diet program from the thread title.

As said, it will all come down to diet

You'll need to be sure you're able to commit that much time to your workouts - that's a lot of volume, factoring in rest periods too. Give it a crack but I prefer higher intensity workouts, for shorter times - same results, less faffing about the gym. Google "HIT Workouts" if you're interested.
