UPC Bill Twice in One Month

    Hi all,

    I recently moved to a rented apartment and set up UPC. The bill they sent was for 101.01. This covered the cost of the package for 1 month plus the activation cost. They took the 101.01 out of the account today on the 21st. On the online UPC account, this bill is accounted for. This is fine.

    What is not fine is the other direct debit which has been taken out today for a cost of 135 to UPC. We dont know what this is for, why we are being charged or what to do. Can anyone shed any light?
