I had a few measurements taken on one of those machines in the gym changing room after my workout, just curious if these stats are healthy.

    Height: 178cm
    Weight: 81.6kg
    BMI: 25.8
    Body Fat Percentage:16.7%
    Body Fat: 13.6kg
    Blood pressure: 122/65
    Pulse Rate: 114

Appreciate any advice. I should add I'm trying to build muscle while not putting on much fat.

I'd get them measured properly rather than relying on one of those fancy weighing scales.

If you had a resting pulse rate of 114 you're in trouble. But I doubt you do.

It was about 10-15 minutes after workout thankfully.
