I bought this watch in August 2010

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000VE26L6/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00

Back then i got it for £48 pounds.. I lost it last month abroad and was annoyed to see it increase in price to £61. Inflation may be a factor but thought the watch would go down in price over two years..

Anybody know any good retailers who might stock it cheaper??

    Hi,

    Possibly the euro-usd-pound exchange rate...

I don`t really know Casios, but this might be a well sought after model too, so maybe that can be a reason behind the price rise. Or one or another internal part or material is more expensive and it make producing the watch more expensive. Still good value though.

I was thinking of getting one but it seems quite pricey to me too for an old model as a newer G Shock is not much more expensive. Is the watch worth getting?
