I'm trying to maintain a low body fat % at the moment; so far so good, but I've got a mighty powerful sweet tooth that needs to be kept in check.

For me it would have to be Hartley's Low calorie jelly. Under 10 calories per pot and tastes great. Being that it's mostly made up water, I find it keeps you feeling full and satisfied too.

Second on my list would have to be broccoli and cauliflower. My favorite veg; very low in calories and keeps you feeling full.

Third - while not strictly low calorie - would have to be Quest Protein bars. These bars are all natural, surprisingly low in calories and sugar free. They have no right to taste this good!

I'm always looking for new things to try - I'm sure I'm not the only one - so please share any low calorie food/snack recommendations.

Do you mind me asking why you eat quorn products? As a veggie it always surprises me when I hear of meat eaters having quorn, meat tastes much nicer imo.

I find for some reason that when I have an urge for something sugary I have a cup of tea (no sugar ;)) and it gets rid of the urge.
