Herbal tea and soya and goats
Milk yoghurt for breakfast and porridge when get to work
    Various fruits and nuts
    Salad and soup for lunch
    Dark chocolate plus dinner meat
    And veg
Im going off coffee going to limit sugar
Just honey for porridge take soya milk
    Is rye bread ok?
    Any other suggestions?

Not exactly, you said "milk yoghurt" for breakfast. When people say "milk" without qualifying it, the norm is to assume cow's milk.

Plus 'goats milk' counts as dairy
