AIB Loan without being an AIB customer

    Hi,

    I'm a Permanent TSB customer. I'm looking for a small loan to fund buying a car. I'm employed an should easily meet the requirements for the loan. However Permanent TSB are only open Mon-FRI 10-4/5 (not 100% sure) where as I work Mon-Fri 9-5.30. Personal loans cannot be applied for on online banking with Permanent TSB. While doing a search on info for this I came across AIB's apply for a loan page. One of the questions was "Are you an AIB customer?" so I assumed maybe they offer loans to customers of other banks? Anybody know if this is true?

    You do not need to be a customer to obtain a loan from them.
