Im 15, 6 foot 1, and 13 and a half stone bodyfat of 20%(previously was 46) I got it down from just plain old "nor eating junk" now I want to get it down further im wondering should I jog(about 2-3 mile) at about 9 then have a meal then go for weights around 11?? If so what should I have in between?? Should I go low carb??

    Run after your weights.

But really, diet will effect things more.

At your age it'd be madness to start playing around with diets. Just eat real food and train your nuts off!

I'm 15, and I do this. I go for about an hours run, then come home and lift weights then go have a shower then some food.

I've done this for the last 3 months and has worked well but I'm in a bit of a plateau atm so I might mix it up :pac:

    Weights and then run.

    Try no carbs after 2pm

Weights and then run if you must, I'd much rather fall through exhaustion while running than drop a barbell on my head!

in the gym you want maximum effort to lift heavy. so lift first would be my advice.

What I used to do when I was a young 'un like yourself was weights one day, cardio the next.
