    Other ingredients were garlic,onions,mushrooms,red and green peppers and red kidney beans.

    Best part is,there is enough there for dinner tomorrow too!

    Just had spaghetti bolognese, garlic bread and cheese and red wine.

    afternoon all.. weather has cooled a bit. Not so muggy..

    Was playing a bit of bball last night and thought I was gonna die, too bloody humid, no cool air at all. Had to stand out in the rain afterwards to cool down.. :(
