Back to work tomorrow after a fairly quiet break. Even left my folks house early after family dinner to get organised and wind down for bed. Then bam, a friend in crisis on the phone, then I find out another has been quite ill. I'm wide awake still, zombie miamee will be reporting for duty tomorrow!!

Anyone lend me some matchsticks for my eyelids tomorrow? :P

Somehow managed to wake up early so after a workout for my back that I got at Christas (this one), will let ye know if it actually works in a coupe of weeks, all going to plan

Well, despite getting up between the hours of 11am-1pm for the duration of the hols, I woke up 6am this morning for some reason and couldn't get back to sleep so I got up

Got somewhat organized with stuff I needed to do though so it was a good thing really...until 3pm comes....I'm fearing a massive slump
