Need so meal help

    I've been told that i should eat 6 meals a day with 2-3 hours in between each one and about 500 calories per meal.
    I go to gym 3 days a week and have GAA training once a week so i do get quite hungry!
    I want to lose weight but build muscle at the same time so ive had a personal trainer give me advice on the weights etc, but i never know what food to eat? i struggle especially on lunch and big time on dinner! i only know one meal that easy and thats grilled chicken and pasta so i was wondering does anyone know any easy meal ideas so i can eat healthier?

    Hi Shanew,

    I'm training and work as a nutritional coach and hear this all the time. If you want to get healthy, the gym is excellent but you need to be working about 80% of your health on to your diet.

    Ye i know what you mean saying that im not going on any diets i just want to eat healthier if you get me? thats why i was asking for some meal ideas :)

    Thats all well and good but u cant live on avocados also if u read the op i've stated on numerous occasions i exercise regularly.
    all i asked was there some healthy tasty meal ideas to help me cut calories
