A reminder (if I need one) that there's eh.., room for improvement when it comes to my weight. I'm not sure that I could sensibly lose 30kgs (which is what it would take me to get to a BMI of 19 but there's a straightforward 15 to get me to a healthy size and another 5 to get the distance runner shape.

The average life-expectancy of a male in Burkina Faso is 50 years, so I've only got 10 years left. And yes, I had to google it.

    BMI 25

Above national average - more body fat that 63% of males aged 15-29 in your country....

Little does this study know I had a bodpod test done recently, telling me I had 5.2% body fat :pac:

Just goes to show you how little value BMI is when taken in isolation

I'm coming in at a bmi of 22 myself, and of Romania decent! Hmmm time to cutout more of the rubbish from my diet and bump up the miles if I'm ever to make a 1/2 decent distance athlete!

I'm 22bmi and like an Afghan.

I tried to see what weight I'd need to get to to be Kenyan and found I couldn't get it to say I was like a Kenyan. A weight of 76.46356kg makes me like someone from Central African Republic but losing another .00001 (10 milligrams) and I overshoot Kenya and end up Ugandan.

Trying to be like a Kenyan seems to be an impossibility. Or maybe I need to alter my height .
