    Ok so new to this whole running thing etc.. just completed my first 5 mile race but didnt completely run like my intentions.. was walking (quick pace) and running at intervals..

    however most others where at a slow paced jog, i find it easier to run in fast stints then with a recovery of walking inbetween..

    How do i build up the stamina to run/ jog for longer intervals? :confused:
